Bending and shaping pipe

Our 5-axis tube benders are electric and have the capacity to bend copper tubes from Ø4mm to Ø28mm.
The 3-axis tube shapers have 5 punches and a facing one, and they can work tubes from Ø 4mm to Ø50mm. The power of these machines is 5 Tn.

Bending process

• Outer pipe diameter: - Stainless 4mm hasta 20 mm.
  - Ot-Fe-Al-Cu de 4 mm. Hasta 28 mm.
• Pipe wall range:Max 1,5 mm.
• Working axes:-Pipe transfer, tolerance +/- 0,05 mm.
  -Pipe bending, tolerance ±0.05 degrees.
  -Pipe rotation, tolerance ± 0.05 degrees.
  -Head rotation, tolerance ± 0.05 degrees.
  -Vertical head movement, tolerance 0,05 mm.

Pipe shaping process

• Outer pipe diameter:4mm to 108 mm.
• Pipe wall range:Limited by cutting process
• Working axes:Up to 4
  -Advance of die set.
  -Lateral movement of die set.
  -Vertical movement of some dies in set.
  -Rotation of some dies in set.
• Max. working stroke: Max 260 mm.
• Fixed radius
• Tolerance: 0,05 mm.
• Pushing force:Max. 12 tonnes
• Blocking force: Max. 18 tonnes
